Ive been experimenting with this and it looks like it depens on how your belly forms rolls when you bend over, wearing pants can help shape it

My wife has a single (no deep rolls) belly. She wears high waist pants and jeans, but still has a single round belly. I think it is genetics that determines how your fat will lie.
